Dr Ali Fenwick comes from a multicultural background. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in BA, Japanese & Communication from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in 2001. In 2000 he also earned a Diploma in Japanese studies from Kyoto University. He went on to earn an MBA in the Global Executive OneMBA program from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 2018, he was awarded PhD in Organisational Behaviour by Nyenrode Business University. In 2021, he earned a degree MSc in Artificial Intelligence & Deep Learning from Universidad de Alcalá.

Career

Dr Ali Fenwick worked in Netsize for almost 3 years from September 2003 to November 2006 as Marketing & Communication Manager Benelux. In 2006 he joined Telfort as a Proposition Marketeer Prepay. He worked in OYC – Nisshin Seifun Group for 8 years. For the first 3 years as the European Sales & Marketing Manager then becoming Director of Sales & Business Development for the next 5 years. In 2011 he became a Member of the Advisory Board of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. He founded LEAD TCM&L™ – The Center for Applied Behavioral Science & Technology in 2013 and was also Chief Scientific Officer. In 2017, he created and chaired the conference on Behavioral Economics Summit 2.0 with the same company.

He joined Hult as a professor of organizational behavior & innovation in October 2013. He worked as a behavioural expert on TV for Al Jazeera Media Network between March 2020 and February 2021. In May 2020, he joined WeSoar.ai as a Member Of The Board Of Advisors. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of KUUMBA Challenge (AI-based Talent Management Platform) in March 2020. Since January 2022, he has been a Partner & AI Board Advisor of AI in the Boardroom. Lastly, he has authored a book called, “Red Flags, Green Flags: Modern Psychology for Everyday Drama”
